N2NSites was tasked with helping a nationwide homebuilder better target prospective buyers using a more sophisticated mix of data factors. Starting with the builder’s buyer and prospect file, N2NSites used MyAcxiom.com to clean, standardize and enhance the data. Acxiom also helped match email addresses with about 30 percent of the contacts on the prospect list, enabling the firm to engage across multiple channels and significantly increase response rates. The campaign resulted in 12 home sales — three times the builder’s target. That drove $566,000 in ROI, or $13.64 for every dollar spent.
